Chris Minol brings a wealth of experience and passion to SHOOT Football, both as a coach and a long-time educator. Based in Sydney, Chris is a dedicated Physical Education teacher and holds an AFC Advanced ‘B’ Coaching Licence — a testament to his deep knowledge of the game and commitment to coaching excellence.
Chris enjoyed a successful playing career in the NSW Premier League, representing top-tier clubs including Blacktown City. He transitioned into coaching early and quickly made his mark, leading Football NSW State teams to strong performances at National Championships and earning a coaching role with the prestigious NSW Institute of Sport.
Currently, Chris is actively involved with the NSW Combined High Schools Programs and plays a key role in the Australian Schoolboys coaching setup — giving him access to some of the nation’s most promising young talent.
We’re incredibly fortunate to have Coach Chris as part of the SHOOT Football team. He regularly joins our Holiday Clinics, bringing his energy, expertise, and genuine love for the game to every session. His focus on player development and his ability to connect with young footballers make him an invaluable part of our coaching family.
